Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, including all authentication cards and tags, to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous labels are covered.
Final Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
